[ANN] luabind 0.9.1

Daniel Wallin
I'm glad to announce the 0.9.1 release of luabind. This fixes a number
of bugs since 0.9. Thanks to Athena Capital Research who helped fund
this release.

Source packages available for download at:

 http://sourceforge.net/projects/luabind/files

Changes since 0.9:
------------------

Andrew C. Morrow (1):
  Move lua_error out of catch handler to defer longjmp.

Chris Byrne (1):
  Fix bug where the cast cache would insert with wrong key.

Daniel Wallin (4):
  Remove unused code.
  Remove spurious semicolons. Fix pedantic build on GCC.
  Clear up some std::size_t/int confusion and get rid of warnings.
  Fix wrapper_base back reference being initialized with wrong value.

Frank Wolf (1):
  Fix copy-paste error in object::operator!=.

Lars Viklund (1):
  Add missing #undef N to constructor.hpp.

Nigel Atkinson (1):
  Remove redundant code.

Roman Senuta (1):
  Add define that strips extern "C" {} around Lua includes.

Teodor Petrov (1):
  Fix GCC warning because mpl::size<> is long int.

Thomas Nelson (1):
  Workaround C++0x pair<> constructor with null pointer issue.

parshin.da (1):
  Add missing scope::operator=.
